This non‑refundable deposit applies directly toward your total and secures your place in the creation queue and covers the full design development process for your custom Days Dynamics tumbler. Once your deposit is placed, you’ll submit your design details through the Design or Contact form, where you can outline your theme, colors, inspiration, and any personalization you’d like.
After you select your final design, the remaining balance will be due before production begins. We’ll confirm a projected completion date together, and you’ll be updated once your tumbler is nearing completion.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels their order after paying the deposit, the deposit remains non‑refundable. However, it may be transferred one time to a new tumbler design or future order.
If the customer cancels after approving the final design, the deposit covers all completed design work, and no additional refund or transfer will be issued.
If production has already begun, the customer is responsible for the remaining balance.
